 I was just coding with Cursor when an update popped up. After restarting, I noticed the version jumped straight from v1.0.1 to v1.1.0—skipping v1.0.2! Latest Cursor version: v1.1.0 Release date: 2025-06-12 What’s new in Cursor v1.1.0:   - Slack now supports Background Agents You can create agents in Slack by just mentioning @Cursor and asking it to make a new Background Agent. Cursor v0.51 has been out for a few days now, but the official download page still doesn't have the v0.51 download links. Here are the official download links for the latest Cursor version v0.51.12that I found on Github (domain: downloads.cursor.com). Feel free to download and try it out if you want to give it a spin. Cursor now supports the DeepSeek R1 0528 model, but it's not enabled by default. You need to go to Cursor Settings -> Models, find "deepseek-r1-0528", and check it to enable it.

A few days ago, when Claude 4 dropped, Cursor hopped on it right away, and after using it for two days, it's pretty decent!Compared to the claude-3.7-sonnet(thinking) model, here are the immediate pros I've noticed (still updating):

Today, I noticed a new version of the large model, Google Gemini-2.5-pro-preview-05-06, on the model ranking list. It has surpassed its previous version, Gemini-2.5-pro-exp-03-25, in various ratings, and the user feedback has been overwhelmingly positive. So, I quickly opened the settings page of Cursor to see if I could select the Gemini-2.5-pro-preview-05-06 version for use, only to find that the Modal list still shows Gemini-2.5-pro-exp-03-25. -------------- Update 2025.5.16 ------------ Found yesterday that the Models list in Cursor settings has a new entry: Gemini-2.5-pro-preview-05-06, and the old Gemini-2.5-pro-exp-03-25 is still there. -------------- Update 2025.6.6 ------------ I found out today that Gemini-2.5-pro in Cursor's been updated to Gemini-2.5-pro-preview-06-05. 

I submitted domain A to Bing Webmaster back in January, but domain A has not been indexed by Bing. Instead, another domain B, which I later used a 301 redirect to point to domain A, has now caused both domains to disappear from Bing's search results. After struggling for two to three months and trying various methods (such as 301 redirects and forum feedback), I finally found a solution and successfully resolved the issue!

After clicking the Send button in Cursor Chat, if the first attempt fails due to network issues or Cursor server problems, you might see this popup window when submitting again, asking: "Submit from a previous message?"

OpenAI recently released the Chat GPT-4.1 model, which is now supported by Cursor. However, when trying to use it, you might find that GPT-4.1 is not visible in the large model menu, as shown in the image below: 

Sharing a Cursor project rule that I'm currently using (for front-end Vue 3 project development). You can also directly download the cursor-project-rules-for-vue3.mdc file and place it in the .cursor\rules\ directory under your project root. Cursor will automatically enable all rules in this directory.
